Safe Zones
These are areas that have not yet been struck by Dr. Seuss or are safe from him, and cannot be quested in. You can't have PVP's here either, unless specified; these areas are for people who want roleplay only.

Questing[/u] A quest is when a GM (Game Master) takes a number of players into an area to fight monsters. At the end of a quest, you gain experience, items, and money, all of which are decided by the GM. What you need to do to go on a quest is to contact a GM. The list of GMs is at the top of the page in the welcome box, under the Notices section. From there, you need to tell the GM who is going on the quest, and ask if they are available. Another way to go about this is to post in the Party Requests board. The template for posting is there, so don't worry about what you need to do. Questing RulesThis section is more for the GM's knowledge, but players can read it as well if they're curious. You regenerate SP all the time. The only exception is when you're dead (but you still recover points if unconscious). Even if you use a spell or skill, you recover SP; though you cannot recover more than the max amount. HP can only be recovered by spell, and cannot go over the max amount either. Below are how the rates are calculated. HP regeneration rate with the spell Bless: [15 + level] SP regeneration rate(without spell): 5 per turn SP regeneration rate with the spell Spiritual Blessing: [15 + level] All regeneration rates stop going up at level 10; so if you're level 15 for instance(and regenerating SP with Spiritual Blessing), you only regenerate 25 SP instead of 30. Colors for text are as follows: Normal text for your character's post. Green text for what the characters in the quest are doing.Yellow text for describing attacks and how much damage is dealt. Red text for listing the player's and monster's stats.Other colors like blue can be used as an alternative in the case that one or more of the colors are not visible against the background color. There is not yet a system for the damage amount. One will hopefully be coming up, but for now, a rough estimate is done according to the stats. Just do what seems realistic.

Trial Quests
Do you want to become a GM? A Trial Quest is one where you can take a group of players on an adventure as an unofficial GM. To take one on, contact the head GM (me). I'll tell you what you need to do. After you have completed your quest, ask me to review it and I will tell you if you've done anything wrong, if you need to do another one, or if everything is alright and you're accepted. I'll also give you pointers and anything else that could help.
Remember, just because you do a Trial Quest doesn't mean you automatically get to be a GM. You have to be good and fair, and I will decide whether or not that's the case.

Soul QuestsThese must be undertaken in order to revive characters who have been decapitated. Soul Quests are only conducted my the Admin, and require 3-4 players. You will be sent to a particular field (which has yet to be designed) to face a set of challenges. If you succeed, you will gain the lost soul(s) of the character(s). The max number of souls to be retrieved is however many characters there are; but each character can only take one soul. So, if you enter with three characters, each coming to revive someone, and one dies... The two remaining characters can only take two souls. To go on a Soul Quest, post in the Party Requests section and contact the Admin.
